Our stores can range in size from 200 to 800 square feet and are best suited for enclosed shopping malls or very busy areas with high foot traffic.

What is the total investment required to open a store?

This will depend on the condition of the space where the store will be built. It will depend on whether the space was previously used as a food service or was previously unoccupied and completely void of utilities. See the chart below.

What other fees are required?

There is a continuing service and royalty fee of 5% of gross sales, up to 2% of gross sales is paid into the advertising and promotion fund.

What is the term of my agreement?

The term of the agreement is for 10 years with two additional renewals at your option.
